Download two chapters of "Learning Flex 3" – Applying visual effects and styling applications
Today on the Flex Developer Center, two chapters of the book Learning Flex 3 were made available for download.
This is the first time I’ve looked at this particular Flex book and I have to say, I’m impressed. It’s highly illustrated (in vivid color) and seems very well organized.
I just ordered mine! 
You can download chapters 13 and 14 from here. The chapter on Styling was what made me order it. Very useful.

This is one of the top 10 computer books I have ever read. If someone is new to Flex or just needs to get a better grasp you should check it out. I am an Adobe User Group manager and suggest members use this book to get started.
