Export directly from Adobe Lightroom to Smugmug, Flickr and Zenfolio

Lightroom 1.3 introduced export plugins (there is an SDK available to create your own)

Jeffrey Friedl recently created export plugins for Smugmug, Flickr and Zenfolio. I just tried the one for Smugmug (where I host my pictures) and it works great! Check it out at http://regex.info/blog/2007-11-21/642
